Fredrik brings decades of experience across healthcare investing and operations. He served as Investment Director at Bure Equity, held operational leadership roles at Gambro and Vitrolife, and has been Chairman and Board member of companies such as Devyser, BioLamina, and Xvivo Perfusion.

Fredrik is the Managing Partner of Impilo and has served as chairman of its investment committee since 2016. He co-founded Altor in 2003 and previously spent over a decade at Goldman Sachs. Fredrik has extensive Board experience from many healthcare companies such as Nycomed, Ferrosan Medical Devices, PaloDEx, Apotek Hjärtat, Decon and Oticon Medical
